We do not sell your personal information.

How we share your information

We may share information with insurance carriers and their underwriters to obtain quotes and issue policies, with consumer reporting agencies and motor vehicle records services as part of the underwriting process, with our service providers such as technology, billing, and communication providers, and as required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Cookies, advertising, and call measurement

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and may use analytics tools to understand website usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may not function properly.

We advertise through Google and use Google Ads conversion measurement to help determine which advertisements result in quote requests, inquiries, or phone calls.

We may use Google Ads enhanced conversion measurement. When you submit information through our website, certain first-party contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, or address information, may be processed using secure one-way hashing before being sent to Google for conversion measurement. Google may use this information to help match an inquiry or conversion to an interaction with one of our advertisements. We do not sell your personal information.

Google describes enhanced conversions as using hashed first-party customer data to improve conversion measurement and advertising attribution.

If you reach us through certain Google advertisements, Google may display or use a Google forwarding number that routes your call to our office. Google Ads may provide reporting information about calls made through these numbers, including information such as the date and time of the call, call duration, caller area code, whether the call was answered or missed, and advertising attribution information.

Calls made directly to our published office numbers or our agents’ direct telephone numbers generally are not measured through a Google forwarding number unless a Google call-tracking feature is being used.

You can limit or manage ad personalization through Google’s My Ad Center. You may also contact us directly by phone or email instead of submitting information through our website forms.

Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information.

Our website forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect against spam and automated abuse. Turnstile runs in the background and may process information about your browser and device to help confirm that a submission comes from a person. Its use is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your information may have been accessed or used without authorization, please contact us.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.

As part of an insurance quote, application, policy, or service request, a parent, guardian, policyholder, or applicant may provide information about household members, dependents, or drivers who are under 18 when that information is necessary to quote, underwrite, issue, or service insurance coverage.
