Our commitment
JNZ Insurance Services is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve as standards and our tools evolve.
What we do
Our site is built with semantic HTML, meaningful headings, descriptive alt text on informative images, keyboard-navigable controls, sufficient color contrast for body text, and ARIA labels where needed. Forms include visible labels and clear error messaging. Animations respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content (Google Maps, social media widgets) is outside our direct control and may not meet the same accessibility standards. We work to provide accessible alternatives where possible (street addresses alongside maps, plain-text contact information alongside form submissions).

Standards
This statement references WCAG 2.1 (W3C) and the U.S. Section 508 standards. We test using a mix of automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen reader testing on macOS VoiceOver and Windows NVDA.
